Credit Card information security policy
The Hauturu Supporters Trust uses Stripe for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.
Currency
All donations and shop items are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Donations
For New Zealand taxpayers, donations of NZD5.00 or more are eligible for a Tax Credit from the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department.
Shop
All prices are in NZD and include New Zealand GST. Postage and packaging costs are additional. If the items are delivered outside New Zealand, items are zero rated for NZ GST and GST will not be charged (but may be subject to local taxes and/or duties).
Delivery policy
When you place your order, make a donation or become subscriber, an email notification and receipt will be sent to you advising that your payment was successful.
Cancellation/refunds and disputes policy
Once an order has been placed you cannot cancel it. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Trust. By submitting your order/payment you agree to these terms and conditions.
Cookies
The website has been designed to automatically issue a cookie to visitors. This is used to provide information to enable the Society to analyse overall visitor activities on the website and to improve the site to offer a better visitor experience. The Society does not use cookies to collect any personally identifiable information. You may manually disable cookies at any time. This will not affect your ability to view this website.
